HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

           Custom Orders

Please place all custom orders a full 2 weeks before needed by phone, inquire form or email.

Edible images are available for custom cakes, cupcakes, rice krispie treats, and oreo treats with an additional cost using our edible printing machine. Select a picture of your choice in jpg format and email it to hisaweetness@gmail.com. Once received i will confirm that i received it. At time of order please provide as much detailed as possible such as designs, colors, colors, flavor, number of people being served, delivery/pickup time, and any other requirements. Without these details quote cannot be given.

Yes I deliver in the Decatur and the Metro Atlanta area!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?

All products is best the day it's purchased. If you need to store your product, do so with the following:

  • Refrigerated Product- store in refrigerator in provided package.

  • Cupcakes and Cookies- We recommend doing so at room temperature in airtight container or cellophane.

CAKE CARE

  • Cakes made with buttercream frosting should be removed from refrigarator at least two hours prior to serving!

  • Cakes made with cream cheese frosting is best served cold (but it do not have to be). Do not let sit out no longer than one hour.

  • Cheesecakes should be served right out of the refrigerator! 

HOW LATE CAN I CANCEL ORDER?

All orders should be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance to ensure you recieve a full refund for your order. After 48 hours, we are already preparing your order to be baked and will not be able to order a refund

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

  • You must order at least 1 week in advance for all simple items.

  • Custom items must be ordered 2 weeks in advance!

  • If you have a future order, you're more than welcome to order 14-30 days in advance!

RETURN POLICY 

All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon recieving.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, immediately notify us (within 24hours) of your concern and reasonable explanation of the dissatisfaction for a store credit or replacement order of the same value as soon as possible after complaint is investigated.
